What is your shipping timeframe?

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2-4 days depending on your zone. We avoid shipping on Fridays to ensure plants don't sit in a warehouse over the weekend.

What happens if my plant arrives damaged?

We offer a 5-day arrival guarantee. If your plant is significantly damaged or dead upon arrival, please take a photo and contact our support team immediately for a replacement or store credit.

Do you offer a growth guarantee?

Yes, we provide a 30-day guarantee on all perennials, shrubs, and trees. As long as the plant has been cared for according to the included instructions, we will support you if it fails to thrive.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number from our carrier (UPS or FedEx) so you can monitor your plant's journey in real-time.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Address changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has entered our fulfillment process at the nursery, we are unable to redirect the shipment.
