At Garden Goods Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your plants or garden supplies do not meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions for your greenery.
- 3.Pack with Care
Securely package the items in their original nursery containers and shipping boxes to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our facility.
- 4.Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
